FireMed RefundsIf an item is returned due to an error on our part or is defective in anyway we will offer a full refund at no cost to the customer (not including return postage costs). Refunds will be issued when the goods have arrived with us again. We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. CancellationYou may cancel your order by informing us in writing up to seven days after the day of ordering. Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense in an unused, unopened, resalable condition without any damage to the product or its packaging. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left the warehouse for cancellation to take effect. We will refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge which is contained within every price) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating, the customer's name and order number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation.
